The event attracted over 50 guests, including representatives from the media, restaurateurs, and professional sommeliers. After the opening speech of the Ambassador of Azerbaijan, Tahir Taghizade, and the organizers, a ceremonial contract signing between SAVALAN – ASPI Winery and the distributor company, Varros&CO., marked a significant moment.
The event also featured a professional tasting session led by our oenologist, Daniel D’Andrea. Each wine was expertly paired with dishes prepared by Michelin-starred chefs. To conclude the evening, guests had the opportunity to sample Azerbaijani cuisine, including Shah pilaf.
