Elnur Babayev is an Azerbaijani artist and photographer born in Baku. He graduated from the Baku Institute of Arts named after Azim Azimzade in 1981. He has won regional and international photography competitions, including the UNICEF contest (1994, first prize) and World Press Photo. His works have been exhibited in Russia, Germany, Austria, the USA, France, Turkey, and other countries. His artworks are held in museums and private collections in Azerbaijan, Austria, France, Russia, and other countries.
