WINE PRODUCTION

Under the guiding hand of Italian experts, SAVALAN has revived the art of winemaking in this area which has unique climatic conditions, perfectly suited to growing grapes, where the art of wine-making flourished in ancient times. After a thorough analysis of soil and climate, grape varieties for our vineyards were provided by Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo, a world leader in the production of seedlings. Thanks to daily care, careful harvesting by hand, processing in a modern Della Toffola plant, ageing in oak barrels and continuous monitoring in the laboratory, the traditions of Azerbaijan and the craft of our Italian engineers are embodied in the exceptionally high-quality wines.

Although the idea for ​​​​distillate production arose a long time ago, production itself only began in 2016 with the assistance of Italian companies specialized in the design and manufacturing of complex systems for the chemical and food industries. Currently, we produce six types of SAVALAN distillates.
