The Azerbaijani pavilion in Paris, set up near the Eiffel Tower, showcased the culinary heritage of Gabala. The pavilion was organized in cooperation with the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France and the “Friends of Azerbaijan” Association.
Chefs Elmar Aliyev and Rasim Najafov presented dishes that captured the mountain aromas and rich culinary nuances of the region. Throughout the event, all the gastronomic delights were accompanied by wines from Savalan Aspi Winery, which were highly praised by the guests.
Together with Gabala Hospitality Group, we were able to showcase not only the richness of Gabala’s cuisine, but also the region’s winemaking traditions and heritage.
