On February 16, a master class was hosted at The Ritz-Carlton Baku Hotel by Dennis Huvae, the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Daalder.

Participants not only observed the cooking process but also actively took part in it themselves. The dishes were paired with SAVALAN wines. Chef Dennis Huvaere personally engaged with each participant, presenting them with autographed aprons. The guests left with new culinary knowledge and delightful impressions.
