On February 17, a gala dinner was held with the participation of Dennis Huvae, the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Daalder, who was specially invited by SAVALAN – ASPI Winery. The event took place at the Tribeca restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton Baku, where the chef and his team prepared delicious dishes for the guests. A special SAVALAN wine was selected for each dish. The guests were impressed by the dinner’s atmosphere, their interaction with the chef, and, of course, the harmonious combinations of dishes with our wines.
