VINIFICATION

Natural fermentation in Ganimede tanks, using a selection of yeasts, reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.

RECOMMENDED pairing

Pairs well with lamb dishes, particularly lamb chop or rack of lamb, and grilled lamb dishes.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

16-18°C

TASTING NOTES

Bright notes of spice, pleasant tannins, and a long finish. Hints of blackberries, spice, tobacco, and cedar.
