VINIFICATION
Fermented on the skins for 7 days, using a selection of yeasts, reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
RECOMMENDED pairing
Chocolate, pastries, fruit salads, blue cheeses and as a pleasant digestif at the end of a meal.

14-16°C
