MATURATION

Italian oak.

VINIFICATION

Fermented on the skins for 7 days, using a selection of yeasts, reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.

RECOMMENDED pairing

Meat with berry sauce, grilled veal, game and hard cheeses.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

16-18°C

TASTING NOTES

Elegant notes of ripe berries and hints of cedar. A balanced wine with good structure.
