At the initiative of our winemaker-technologist Daniel D’Andrea, the “SAVALAN – ASPI Winery” company annually organises a small celebration for all its employees before harvesting.

Each of them contributes to the creation of a unique and wonderful wine “SAVALAN” and with every sip of this amazing drink we feel the heart and spirit of everyone who tried to make this wine.
