Dennis Huvae, the chef of the Michelin-starred Daalder restaurant in Amsterdam, along with his team, – ASPI Winery factory located in Gabala.
The guests visited the vineyards, got acquainted with the production, learned a lot about our wines and distillates, and also explored our museum showcasing the history of winemaking. After the tour, they enjoyed dinner with Arif Rahimov, co-owner of SAVALAN – ASPI Winery, as well as the company’s employees. The team from Daalder restaurant sampled traditional Azerbaijani dishes and even participated in a master class on making the national sweet, shekerbura.
